Adventures in film- Picture taken with a Minolta x-700
I’ve been dabbling in film photography and I am falling in love.
I love the surprise of it.
I love that it challenges me as a photographer, I love the challenge of having one shot and not being able to go back delete, and retake.
This is probably my new favorite picture of Millie.

As promised for those who haven’t been around to see my biggest faerie grow.

I cried going through these.

My little ladybug isn’t so little anymore.

Anonymous asked: I really love your page, it's just you post too many breast feeding pictures . No offense intended, I'm TRULY sorry if I offended you. Also you are a REALLY talented photographer.

I’m not offended at all.
This is my space to document my LIFE, and breastfeeding has been and is currently a huge part of my life and will be documented as much as possible. I am proud of my body, I am proud to have nursed her sister for as long as I did and I am so very proud to be nursing Ellie. So I am very sorry friend but if you choose to continue to follow me you will see many many more breastfeeding pictures

On the first full day of Autumn my tiniest faerie is 3 months old.
How is that even possible? I feel like it was just yesterday that she came earthside.
Even though I have been through the newborn stages before I find myself just as amazed as if she was my first. Every milestone we celebrate, she is laughing, she is grabbing things and bringing them to her mouth, she is playing with her toys. I often find myself staring at her in awe.
She still spends as much of her day as possible attached to my breast. She has a picked a favorite toy, a pink plastic ball (as seen in her milestone post)  that we picked up at target in the infant section on a whim when she was just a few weeks old.
Her laugh is identical to her sister’s laugh and I think that is the best thing ever.
Her newest thing is to wake up at the crack of dawn and “talk” as loud as she can into my ear until I wake up and then when we make eye contact she breaks into the biggest smile.
Every time she nurses she stops every so often, looks up at me and smiles as big as she can, and the coos before going back to the breast. It’s almost like she is saying “Thank you mama”
She is such a happy and easy baby. People are constantly telling me they can’t believe how happy and calm she is. I constantly have random strangers stop and tell me that she makes them want to have a baby.
Three beautiful months.
